REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy – Brand Us All

At Brand Us All, we are committed to ensuring 100% customer satisfaction with our unlimited free revision policy, allowing you to improve upon your initial design brief at no extra cost. If you are dissatisfied with our services, please review our refund policy below.

Eligibility for Refund

  • Your designs must be unused and unpublished on any website or platform.
  • If you are not satisfied with the design services provided, you may submit a refund request within five (5) days of receiving the initial designs.
  • If no refund request is received within five (5) days of the initial design delivery, it will be assumed that you are satisfied with the designs provided.
  • Refunds for special/combo packages will follow the same terms as single package refunds.
  • To process your refund, we require proof of purchase of our services.

Refund Timeline and Processing

All refund requests will be processed as follows:

  • 1. Before order delivery:
    Eligible for a Full Refund, minus a 10% service and processing fee.
  • 2. Within 48 hours of initial design delivery:
    Eligible for a 66% refund, minus a 10% service and processing fee.
  • 3. Between 48-120 hours of initial design delivery:
    Eligible for a 33% refund, minus a 10% service and processing fee.
  • After 120 hours of initial design delivery:
    No refund request will be entertained, but we encourage you to contact us to address any concerns. We are committed to finding a satisfactory solution.

Refund Request Process

  • All refund requests must be communicated to our support department at support@brandusall.com.
  • Each refund request will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and Brand Us All reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests based on the violation of our user agreement.

Refund Approval and Processing

  • Upon receiving your refund request, we will inspect and notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank as there may be processing delays.
  • If you have done this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@brandusall.com..

Exchanges

  • We will only replace designs if they are proven to be plagiarized from online sources. If you believe this to be the case, please email us at support@brandusall.com. to initiate the exchange process.

Sale Items

  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

When you approve the final design, we will give you all the necessary files in many different formats to use in both print and digital. The design will be in high-resolution formats.
